Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a collaborative and dynamic relationship between the client and the therapist. It is an active process of change with the purpose of helping people move towards increased quality of life and improved well-being. As a result, your participation in the process and your feedback are essential aspects of the process.

“Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) is a therapeutic modality for trauma and attachment issues. SP welcomes the body as an integral source of information which can guide resourcing and the accessing and processing of challenging, traumatic, and developmental experience. SP is a holistic approach that includes somatic, emotional, and cognitive processing and integration.”

“If you can observe your own experience with a minimum of interference, and if you don’t try to control what you experience, if you simply allow things to happen and you observe them, then you will be able to discover things about yourself that you did not know before.
